  Log into your GoBoult account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the device within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
